Zillow had house valued at 400k. Appraisal very low. Worried bank will attempt rate change since LTV is at 50% instead of the 40% I thought it would be.
Last app 1/2/2017.
In the garden until at least 6/2/2017.

This waiting thing has been the hardest part so far. My loan officer has told me and told me everything looks great and not to sweat it. I'm so excited about potentially becoming a homeowner. I won't believe it until we sign the papers and have the keys. He assures me everything looks good though.
