Refinance
purchase price: $160,000

loan type: conventional
loan rate: 3.375% 15 year
pre-approval March 30 Desktop underwriting approval 4/23/2017

Zillow had house valued at 400k. Appraisal very low. Worried bank will attempt rate change since LTV is at 50% instead of the 40% I thought it would be.
Last app 1/2/2017.
In the garden until at least 6/2/2017.
