we were cleared to close on yesterday and closing today at 4 pm

Waiting for an official closing date!!!  Was hoping for a closing date for this week since I have been been cleared to close since May 28th.  Attorney reviewed and sent the title and insurance documents to seller's attorney and the bank attorney last week Tuesday.  Original closing date was June 28th but I was so hoping to close this week so I didn't have to renew my lease for another half month.  This is so frustrating and I hate calling for fear that I am being a pest.  But I called yesterday and I still haven't gotten a call back.  Ugh!

Suppose to close next thursday on the 27th at 3pm but at this point I'm unsure. Coester appraisal said property was appraised but never met agent or accessed the lock box to get in the property so been waiting on the outcome of this for over a week. Other than that Movement Mortgage has been great to deal with. If I get the keys on the 27th it would have been exactly one month and 8 days from pre approval to close. Fingers crossed!

Second round of conditions sent in yesterday.  My broker forgot to send in a gift letter the first time and the other was just a letter stating that I do not own the home I am in.....nothing major.  We are hopeing to get word today or tomorrow.  I agree with others....I'm never doing this again!
