Whoa! Did you buy any points or was there any lender credit or anything else involved? With ours, at 3.5%, we did get $1600 in lender credit so that was nice...but I'd much rather have 2.875% for sure. What lender/bank was it with?

No lender credits, no points, I went to a local bank and I think they just happened to grab the rate at the right time. When my lender called me to ask if I wanted to "lock in" she was FLOORED at the rate she quoted me LOL. I've heard of rates as low as mine, but that's only on a 15 year loan, mine was 30 year. My loan was sold to US Bank and they have been fabulous so far too.
I think the rest of May is going to drag...
I agree.
I am exactly 2 weeks out from the scheduled Settlement date. I'm shaking in my boots!!

I'm hoping for a June closing on my first house. (Thanks to the help here in raising my scores!!!)
My scores this fall were all in the low 500's. Thanks to this site, All three scores are over 700 now. Six months later & I'm buying a house!
I am hoping to close on the house in late June. The seller is making some substantial repairs to the home, and depending on weather, etc. our closing may get pushed back a bit. Luckily though, both the seller and myself are pretty flexible on the settlement date. The house has a pool, so I'm hoping to have a few swim breaks if we end up moving the heat of July. As of today, my file is still in underwriting (mortgage commintment date is 5/24).
Is this all of the June closers?
