This was a short sale purchase in California.  It was long and almost fell through the cracks.  Luckily we got a great deal for this home!  Comparables were in the 340-350k range!!!  Patience pays!

I'm hoping for a June closing on my first house. (Thanks to the help here in raising my scores!!!)

 

My scores this fall were all in the low 500's. Thanks to this site, All three scores are over 700 now. Six months later & I'm buying a house!
