navy fed actually did 40,000 dollars more than any other bank would do locally.  The experience was amazing and very stress free.  underwriting was less than 48 hours and everything closed without a hitch.  i highly reccomend navy fed.  FHA 3.5 rate and gave me 1500 in closing costs.  BOOM
