I would like to thank everyone for their help. I just closed on my home loan. FHA 6% interest!! I tried applying last year was offered 12% interest

I went through BofA I would recommend them to anyone!

what kind of scores did you have when you applied?

Mine are 653, 646, 605.

around 680 or so but they are not really score based. I have alot of baddies and current medical collections.

Hey I miss typed my score was around 580 not 680. Big difference lol
