Just got done talking to Mortgage company and they suggest I have for the specific loan program I qualify for, no down payment, no PMI and the lowest interest rates available. It seems like it will take forever for me to get my score to 700... sigh

Yes, BOA killed their program for nOObs coming out of training programs, Suntrust is one of the only good programs left. I'm not sure however, FHA would be a great option if they weren't limited to $271,000 in my area. So only way to kill that DTI is through non conventional
