After almost two years of working hard to repair my horrid credit, and scouring through these boards and taking so many knowledgeable people's great advice...I have been pre-approved by a mortgage lender for an FHA loan! I couldn't be more happy!
Now, I know that pre-approval doesn't mean I have the loan...but it's a very important step in this journey to finally realizing a huge dream for me and my family.
