Just locked my rate (USDA)

We're at 4.375 with 1 point, it's actually lower than where we started. From what I keep reading, rates will just keep going up from now on, is this true?

I'm confused, I just received my pre-approval letter and it says max rate for USDA is 4.25%...was I given false info? 120 lock for mine....

The jobs report this morning was a huge bust rates are down a little after this - hard to say how long they will be down - I dont think it is enough to reverse the overall upward trend we have been seeing - but we never know

if you are happy with the rate I would move forward and not look back
