Just my luck that the day we put an offer on a house my loan officer and my back up loan officer are both on vacation and I have to wait until next week to get the pre-approval letter. Good think that the house is a short sale and we aren't expecting to hear anything for 2 weeks or more. I just hope this pre-approval letter won't hinder our offer.
