We received the pre approval but still unable to sign a contract on a home until a couple small conditions are met. WF just needs rent, student loan verification and a letter of explanation for a couple collection items on our reports. This process is so long and exhausting! I'm hoping UW reviews and clears the conditions so that we can sign a contract on a home! We want this to be over soon.

It's a hard road, but it pays off in the end. We have been in the process for about two months. They are going to ask you for paperwork, you'll give it to them, and then they will ask you for more paperwork. It's very much worth it though.
