LDQ report for USDA loan?

Anyone heard of a LDQ report. My lender told me as long as I close before October 19th which I will, they will only look at an LDQ report, as in they will not have to do a hard pill on my credit again.. Anyone know what a LDQ report entails? Thanks

I have no idea. Have you asked the lender what an LDQ report is?

Must be a lender thing as our lender just pulled out credit through credit plus and that was done at the time of application. USDA essentially reviewed and returned our file within 48 hours. They did no credit pulls of their own and our process was delayed from 60 days to 77 days.

There may have been a soft pull at some point but we are unaware.
