has anyone else hear anything?

A little confused. Does this mean you would still have to be under contract by April 30?

Does help those who were under contract and are waiting on USDA though.

I posted a thread before I saw this one ..... do my eyes deceive me or am I reading correctly that the Senate voted to extend the credit and does this mean it is a done deal?
