Legally Seperated and Mortgage (Texas)

Could I obtain my own mortgage while legally separated?  I only want my information used to obtain the mortgage. If so, what do I have to do?

cov is pretty harsh on this. they require the division of assets agreement.

spouse will still be on title to the property.

but you can go on the loan alone
