Lender Scores

What is the likelyhood that the broker is going to pull the same scores that I am getting here on myFICO? Is it usually pretty similiar or can I expect a difference when applying for an FHA mortgage?

You can expect the EQ score to be the same.

The TU will likely be different depending on whether the lender uses the 98 or 04 TU model. MyFico uses the 98 model, most lenders now use the 04 model.

My EQ score was identical, the TU score my lender pulled was 22 points lower than the score on MyFico.

When mine were pulled........depending on the bureau they wre a good 10 to 15 points less........
