DallasLoanGuy Thanks for the information. Questions--The pre-qual. letter is based on the information I give the L.O. and that allows me to do what? With that, if I find a house can my agent or I make an offer with any observable contigencies with a pre-qual. letter? Do I decide on a Loan Broker prior to looking for a house? Do I take the letter to the seller/real estate agent to show I am applying for a loan and that I am a serious buyer? How far do I go in the process? I suppose the agent will have the information, but I would like to know before hand. Believe me, I have no intention of getting an internet loan! I know these are basic questions but I'm trying to do everything correctly. Thanks for your help. and
