What a nice feeling!

Wifey got approved for the refi yesterday....today, our current loan company called her FIVE times to ask her to refi with them.  Details had to wait for me to be available, but I spoke to them this evening....while they can and would help, they can't beat the deal that the credit union has offered us.

Yay us!
