We are a table funding state here in Fl, closing dry is the last thing we want to happen, especially if its a short sale that's been in the works a while.

rarely do i have to fund the day after closing. and that is only when a borrower closes after hours.

or someone is out of town and docs have to be fedexed back.

Okay, I finished waiting 48 hours and I asked for status - they told me it was being underwritten.... what does that mean and how much longer - do I skip conditions?
