I am somewhat nervous. I spoke with LO and she said my file looks good and to not worry. I got my pre-approval manually approved, so technically I should be good. However, I am still concerned for the what if. Hopefully, we hear back by the end of this week. I am ready to get my keys and start moving.

This morning I received email from LO. Approved with conditions as follows:
rental verification (not sure why that hasn't already been completed)
copy of DH ss card (not sure why copy is needed since he is not loan)
copy of cc statements and auto loan since they where paid off
LOE for inquiry made from first LO I started with.
Conditions should be sent in tomorrow. I am almost there. ahhhhh!!
