No credit card required
Browse credit cards from a variety of issuers to see if there's a better card for you.
I have seen a link in the past that showed, given certain credit scores, what what current interest rates you might qualify for if you are trying to buy a home.
I can't find that link anywhere, now that we are in the process of upping and monitoring our credit scores to begin a home loan.
Can anyone direct me to where to find the link?
mortgage rates vary by lender, but you can track avg rates. i used bankrate.com to track rate trends. i've read somewhere that wells fargo is a good place to get rates by state.
Bankrate.com is a good resource. Of course, the best one is your lender, but you will want to know the rate generally to make sure you are getting a decent deal from your lender based on your credit and type of loan etc.

I use the Consumer Protection Financial Bureau's webpage regarding owning-a-home. There is a rate checker to enter credit score, state, loan amount, loan type, term, and rate type. Not sure how accurate it is.
I found one that would tell me how many banks were giving what rate in my state but I can't find it anymore and I didn't save the link
