Loan File Timeframe

I am currently shopping lenders and praying for interest rate decrease in the next week or so.

My closing date is tentatively scheduled for August 22nd.  When do you think would be my last day that I should wait to decide on  which lender to go with and return my docs for processing?

Would 15 days be reasonable?

Re: Loan File Timeframe

Not knowing your entire situation, I'd say give them at least 30 days.
