Now only about 100 more things to do I'm sure, but that was fantastic news

Congratulations! I am about 3-6 months out from having your scores, hopefully the interest rates will not go up before then. Worried about what may happen after the election. (I have read both "nothing" and "everything". So, who knows?)

That is amazing, congrats. I bit the bullet about a month and a half ago and locked in at 3.375. Was glad I did at the time, because in the weeks that followed, the rate jumped up to 3.45 then 3.525. Was feeling good until the past couple of weeks... now rates are soooo low. Grrrr, oh well, just glad to be closing in a few weeks.
