My LO told me our rate was locked at 5.25% for the FHA 203K, and I asked him which document did we sign that said we were locked with no response.
I am confused because the docs I saw say that we don't lock until 10 days before settlement.
So which document would say that? I've have poured over these docs and see nothing about it being locked nor the expiration date of the rate lock
We chose our closing to be Sept 7th as that is the week my husband will be in town. It'll be a long 25 days!
