I was looking at FHA fist but there is an area not far from my job that has USDA approved homes. I am still married but seperated, I did not want to go on the deed with him but was told beause we are marriard I had to. I am not on his mortgage. I know I need to raise my scores a little more right now they are 653 618 608.
I have 1 child and make about 35,000 a yr can I qaulify for a USDA loan and still be on his deed or should I quit claim it over to him. We live in Florida if it makes and difference.
