Looking to Refinance DW Car Loan

Looking to refinance with USAA since my wife and I are members from First Mark Credit Union in San Antonio. Current APR is 9.6 on 20K for 72 months.  My new FICO's are listed below which I finally joined the 700 club on all three.  What do you guys think of this idea?  With my scores now, do you think I qualify for a better APR?
4/25/08 TU-715, EQU-709 EXP-732 Finally in the 700 club!!!
FICO's: TU-?? EXP-?? EQU-694 12/10/2007
EQU-696 12/20/07
FAKO's: TU-670 EXP-670 EQU-690

With those scores you should be able to refinance at a lower rate. Although you might have to cut down on the term of the loan.

Try a Credit Union. I don't think Capital One will offer much off your current rate for the same loan terms (maybe 1%)
