I live in Greenville, SC. Work at a job making 54k a year for 6 months, just graduated college. My credit scores are 720, 731, 735. I'm looking for my first house between 80k to 100k. My debt to income ratio is about 1 percent, credit card debt only. What are my chance on getting a mortgage with less than 5 percent down?
