Hoping you guys could help here...been posting in Rebuilding & now moving here....

My wife and I are looking into buying a home here and well we need to know where to start.  We both have taken great steps to make sure our credit is stable & up to par.

We are looking at an FHA however I would just like to know what angle to take.  Mortgage specialist first, realtor, those type of questions...

you can start with a realtor.... they would just send you to a lender anyway.

or

find a loan officer that understands your situation and can take the time to walk you thru the process.
