Update time!

 

Appraisal just came in and was spot on to our purchase price! Also received closing notification, so our LO said we should have our Clear to Close first part of next week!

Small update:

We got our closing email today confirming the date, time, and location of the closing.
I'm ready to close now. I asked the builder if we could close a week early. They just laughed at me.

I am a pitiful case right now. Rofl.
