We received our conditional approval today pending 9 conditions to be cleared. I'll have 7 of them cleared with an email I'll send in the morning. Hopefully #8 was cleared up today, but I'm going to try to confirm that tomorrow. And #9 is a phone call that I'll make on my lunch break tomorrow. Hopefully we'll have no issues meeting our closing date of 3/17. My only fear right now is that the builder might try to move it back because there seems to be some uncertainty as to when our water will be hooked up. That's been going on for WEEKS AND WEEKS now. So frustrating.

Officially closed on Friday March 4th. I had my paperwork all signed by 10:30 AM and keys in hand. It was rather painless I think some of that is due to how many questions I asked through the process by the time it was closing I had seen everything.

 

I moved some stuff that day and the rest Saturday.

 

Apartment is almost behind me just some cleaning. Things are going well so far in the house the first I notice is how quiet a house is compared to my apartments.

 

Thanks for all the info and making things go by faster sharing with others.

We got our C2C today!!! Now we just sit back and wait for 3/17 to get here and hope no issues come up. Fingers crossed!!!

We received our closing disclosures today to sign and were told we should get our C2C tomorrow or Wednesday. Closing is scheduled for Friday and we are pumped!

We got our C2C late Monday evening! Now just waiting for Friday. It's pretty surreal. This entire experience has been pretty painless, which is crazy since we are business owners, I expected a ton of issues. Can't wait to close on OUR house.

I do! I always forget which one i'm posting under. My husbands or my own. I should probably pay more attention to that, since i'm sure it looks like two different posters.
