I think I'm clear to close, almost. My LO said "Your loan is approved just waiting on a supplement from the appraiser.". I don't know what that means, but I assume it's minor. Anyone know?

We applied for a loan on 3/31/12 and the loan processor gave us an estimated closing date of 4/27/12 . We signed all applications and paperwork, they changed the sign to sold on the lot but now they are questioning an old collection we have on our credit. I wrote a letter of explanation for USDA but we have not heard back from LP. Has anyone else had to deal with a third party collection for old repo or auto loan?![]()

How much is the collection for?

Tiffany,
I just verified that WF DID NOT pull my credit again just before closing as I closed on my home Friday afternoon.

I fired my agent today for not doing anything she says she is going to do.
Today is day 120 after the offer was accepted. I'm looking at other houses this weekend

Picked out color samples today for new carpet and gutters! Now I can't wait to move in. YAY! I really thought I would never see this day. Thanks for being my support system!
