Update again:  Just got our conditional approval.  Just need an addendum signed saying the sellers fixed some nail holes, since we had written that into the contract.  I'm waiting on my realtor now.   Everything else was fine though, that was the only thing.

I don't have much of an update. Just needed to place to say I'm tired of waiting. It's my fault though. I picked the closing date. Lol. 4/15 feels forever away. I emailed the loan officer assistant and she said she had everything she needed from me and my agent. I figured she did I just wanted a confirmation.
