Is anyone from MAssachusetts and has gotten a loan through MassHousing? I'm curious to know which specific FICO version they use to determine an applicant's mid-score. Please share if you know! Thank you!

My wife got a loan through MassHousing. We made too much money together so she applied alone. Im not sure what mortgage score they used as hers varied from 798-824 so Im guessing it didnt matter. When discussing her credit, our mortgage broker did mention her transunion Fico score 4.

I'm going to assume then that the TU FICO 4 was her mid-score if that's the one the broker was discussing. I just wanted an idea of what FICO model I should be paying closest attention to when I finally break down and pay $50 a month for the myFico 3B monthly reports.
