Mid Score Dropped 11 Points before closing

I am not sure about USDA, but my lender pulled my report 4x between contract and closing including the day before closing. I don't know what they were looking for, but they only pulled my husband's again once. I hope all goes well!

My LO says they do a soft pull a week before closing, and they verfiy no new debts and they also check your scores again. But I am pretty sure they ecpect some fluctutation with all the inquiries. I would not worry.

Whatever happened with this situation?  My husband and I are going USDA and just got an email for LO saying we were approved with uw.  Were waiting for our commitment letter.  I am concerned about my husbands middle score.  When we were approved it was 660+ and since then it has dropped.  They added a supplement ... a personal loan and two of his child support accounts have been removed...  Now two of his scores have dropped significantly.

My credit report was good for 120 days and was not re-pulled prior to closing.  In fact, my credit report was to expire on 05/22/2012 and I closed on 05/18/2012.

I just had the inspection done this morning I told my loan officer about the score drop she said they don't pull again and that the credit report is good for 120 days which was great news.  Now waiting to here back from the processor she has all my documents and insurance quote etc....Hopefully I will hear some good news soon!

Finally closed this afternoon ......Thanks for all the help!  The didn't pull my credit again everything went smoothly!
