Middle Score??? Or Average

What score does the bank use to decide whether or not to give a loan.  Do they really use the middle score for the MS, AL, GA area?  Or do they go with a particular CRA(EX-TU-EQ)? 

DW and my Scores 583-634-636     639-669-639, which score will the lender use in making the loan.

99% of lenders use your middle (median) score, then there are rare instances when a bank will check all 3 but always uses one particular bureaus score (such as always TU, etc.).
