I found these guys on bankrate and did a Chat session on their website. The guy responded all my questions and I liked the fact he never asked me my name or other info just what is need it to get a rate and general info. He quoted me at 4.25% 30 years FHA with no lender fees. Any of you used these guys, they are based in St Luis, MO.

I also have a local small bank that offers same rate but with lender fees. Should I go with Midwest or with the local bank?
