I'm waiting to hear about offers on house #5 and #6. I really hope one of these goes through and the cash buyers have mercy on me. If not, the house hunt is continuing this week... I need to land a contract by April 1st or I'll be stuck taking care of 5k in medical bills that should have been billed to insurance

Eeeek!!! My realtor just called to let me know that we're looking at 2 other houses tomorrow BUTTTTTTTTTTT that he believes my offer on house #5 is going to be accepted. I was just emailed the short sale addendum to fill out and fax back. For house #5 we offered asking with no special requests. Specs: 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 2 story, 1350sq feet, built in 2007, gated community, HOA of $45/mo, taxes of $665/yr, priced at $55,000!!!!!!! It seems sooooo unreal!

I will laugh so I don't cry! lol 
I thought becoming a parent would make me patient, but this mortgage world, takes the cake for sure!
