I know there has been questions regarding when a mortgage reports so I thought I would share my experience. We closed on May 30th and our mortgage popped up on the reports yesterday. MyFico EQ raised by 12 points, Credit Karmas TU and Vantage both raised 56 points.

Cool beans! Your company works fast, mines has not reported yet as my closing date was 05/18/2012 and first payment date of 7/1/2012. Congrats on the score increase
