Mortgage Broker - NJ

How did you go about finding a mortgage broker or comparing them?  Have you used services like LendingTree?  I don't know how to start.  Any advice is appreciated.

Re: Mortgage Broker - NJ

One more question.  Do all lenders use an applicants middle score?  What if only one of your scores qualifies you?  Thx!

Re: Mortgage Broker - NJ

If you have 3 scores then yes they will use your middle score.

If you only have one qualifying score out of the 3 scores you will not qualify.

When using places like lending tree, they sell your information to numerous companies and you will get calls from them trying to get your business.
Good Luck
