Seems like this could be an option for me to get a mortgage in the Williston area after talking to a few people on here. I have less than perfect credit, and wasn't planning on buying anytime soon but job relocation has changed plans so if anyone knows of any good mortgage brokers in Williston, ND area that would be awesome. I'm currently living in Tulsa, OK but will be relocating in July.
