oh ok, yes the 4% credit is where the fee is being paid out from.
So far Veterns United gave me a quote for 3.5% which would lower my closing costs by $1,800 and my payment by $50/month.
I know my brokers said if we go with a lower rate with her that would increase my closing costs even more.
