Quick question.
Has anyone ever had an issue with the mortgage company having different credit items listed than what is actually on the report from the 3 credit bureaus? For example, I had a Nuvell account that dropped off at least six months ago. That account is no longer reporting on any of the bureaus. But, it is showing on the tri-merged account recently pulled by the mortgage third party provider.
The tri-merged account is also showing some dispute remarks but it is confirmed that there are no disputes or dispute remarks on two of the bureaus. I am very confused.
What is your source of data that you are comparing to the lender's report?
What is showing on your www.annualcreditreport.com
All the CRs you mentioned are from 3rd party sites. Once a year you should pull directly from the official site - not the consumer triple pull from Experian or TransUnion site because they also use third party info. The link above is the only one that is direct to each bureau without going through a third party. That's one of the reasons you have to actually pull 3 times on that site - and not just one pull.

I agree 100%. Having owned my mortgage broker business for sevarl years, I have full confidence in the data/reports that lenders buy from their B2B sources [eg: Credco]. Not so much any 3rd party report.
I hear what y'all are saying but I've called the bureaus directly and none of them are reporting Nuvell, TransUnion and Equifax aren't showing any dispute comments. To be clear, I called and spoke with them directly. I purchased a report directly from TransUnion and directly from Experian and neither of those reports show Nuvell. Weird.

Then have your loan officer help you understand why his/her trimerge report is different. No one here can do that...unless your loan officer is here in this forum.
