So much has changed in the mortgage business over the last 6 months. I'm not sure with a FICO score you can get a loan at any rate. A year ago maybe with a high interest rate, but with the changes in the industry, and government's cracking down on predatory lending it is going to be very tough, if not impossible. With that said, there are a lot of factors that go into getting approved, and FICO is just one part.
I know to qualify for FHA they are looking for a min 620 score.
