Hello all, just came back to update. We closed on 4/23, made first mortgage payment on 6/1 and my mortgage just started showing up on my credit report this week. Right now it's only on EX and EQ, but we all know how slow TU can be. It brought my EQ FICO score up 12 points, which is great because it was seriously starting to suffer with all of my post-house purchase balances reporting to my cards, haha.
In other news, I just noticed that the EX score is available again?! Should I be walking around with an umbrella for when the pigs start flying??
I closed April 2nd and its still not reporting.
I closed March 19th, i've made 3 payments, still not reporting.
Not reporting here either, I haven't made a payment yet.
I don't have the mortgage on report either.
I closed on 4/10.
I've had two payments and the third one is coming soon.
I also paid for the interest for April in closing cost.

when i closed it took several months to report. it's typical to take 4-6 mo's depending on if your original lender is servicing the loan or if they shopped it around and sold it the day after closing. takes a little while to get all that paperwork entered into the system don't worry... it WILL report eventually.
It finally reported this morning.
Mine is reporting on Experian and Equifax but not TransUnion. On my Equifax MyFico score, it did absolutely nothing to the score...701 before the mortgage and 701 after.
I got alerts this morning from Equifax and Experian, nothing from Transunion yet, I didn't look to see if it did anything to my scores yet.
