Mortgage Inquiries Removed?

After my spouse applied for a mortgage I noticed a few days later that all three inquiries were removed, yet we were approved? Decided to shop around with two other lenders and they also made an inquiry on each report but yet again today I see two of the inquiries were removed from Transunion. Has this happened to anyone before? I'm certainly not complaining, just find it odd.

No idea what happened ~ but I'm pretty sure that they will re~appear at some point if they haven't already.
