Mortgage Loan Late Fees

Have any of you had any luck with having mortgage late fees placed on the back of the loan?  If so, what route did you take?

Re: Mortgage Loan Late Fees

I'm not sure who your loan is with but mine is with Wells Fargo. I had to contact the Executive office in order to get some help. I was just approved for a loan modification with a savings of $87 a month. I'm currently on a 90 day trial with the adjusted amount and lower interest rate. What they can do is either tack on the late fees to the end of the mortgage and spread them out over the coming months or they actually can even forgive them IF you are lucky... Hope things work out for you!

Re: Mortgage Loan Late Fees

Thank you for your advice.  Was your loan current?  My loan os current was just looking to getting them tacked on to the end.  Could I get the contact info you used?  Did you fax? or send a letter?
