Thanks for your reply. I do have a few other collections from about three years ago that posted shortly after the BK ,nothing recent but still another ding since the BK.  I have established three positive CC accounts and have a positive 3 year auto loan.  My file was just sent in on Monday so I am still really concerned as I've already paid for inspections and etc.

I was officially approved today!  I can hardly believe this is really happening, thanks to My Fico!  Thank you Shane for your input over the years also Smiley Happy
