Does anyone here has experience with Stanley Martin lender in the Northern VA area? I put a contract on a home, got my credit pulled back in May, I did what the lender told me to do to make sure all go smooth for closing. Now, she did a hard pull again, dropped my score 10 points. I am trying to qualify for first time home buyer assistance. ALso I had new collections on my report which I took care of when she brought it to me.
She said I have to wait until the scores "naturally rise". I am not sure why the RapidRescore did not help.
Anyone?
