Mortgage Loan "documentation" I am trying to qualify for USDA RD loan

I am trying to get all my documentation together....how many of each do I need? Most current+

bank statements

tax returns

paystubs

proof of rent payment-- I pay in cash, will receipts work?

Anything else??

paystubs  30 days of stubs(if paid every 2 weeks... that is 3 stubs)

proof of rent payment-- I pay in cash, will receipts work?  while it isnt always required, you may be asked for it. do you rent from a management co? or some guy who has a house for rent?

Anything else??

Thanks. I rent a room from a friend of the family...no formal lease. Will we have to write one??

we cant use rent verification from a private party.... we would need cancelled checks.... or 12 bank statements with rent withdrawals.

you may not need rent verified.....
