Mortgage Payment Question

After your home loan closes, does only the monthly principal and interest payment due on the loan report monthly or does the amount that is reported include PMI, taxes, and insurance?

Re: Mortgage Payment Question

Just checked and my entire payment is reporting - principle, interest, PMI, taxes and insurance. Every single penny I pay each month.

Hope that helps!

Until next year when the insurance or real state tax goes up. Almost guaranteed.
